Who is the FCSA?
The Freelancer and Contractor Services Association (FCSA) is a professional body that self-regulates the contractor payroll sector (limited company accountancy and umbrella payroll). For an organisation to obtain FCSA membership, it must undergo a strict series of assessments and audits to prove it adheres to the FCSA’s Codes of Compliance, which you can view here.
